I would describe myself as an artist, a teacher and a communicator.

I trained as a teacher and gained a B.Ed. Honours degree from Southampton University. I taught in primary and secondary settings, including teaching pupils with special educational needs, for 16 years.

Currently, I am working with Myrick Training  invigilating and marking Essential Skills Wales Level 2 assessment papers. I am also available to teach apprentices who need to pass essential skills papers.

I am available for other tutoring if you need it.

I am confident at using the computer and can give individual tuition to those struggling with emails, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google drive, Google docs, sheets and slides, WordPress websites and others. The teaching achievement that I am most proud of is teaching my mum to use a computer over a 10 year period, when she turned a laptop on for the first time at age 75!

I have many interests and one of these is painting in oils. I paint pictures based on my faith and on the beautiful Welsh landscapes.
